Matt has provided many months of Ride Along tuition to new Delivery Associates, showing his drills and skills are up there with the best!
He goes above and beyond as a DA, and as of 2026 has since become a Lead Driver helping Managers with key checks and maintenance. A well rounded team player that has outshone in a period of poor weather and conditions on road. Well done!

Our Driver of the Month consistently demonstrates exceptional performance and adherence to our core values. Key criteria include diligently following the Amazon process, actively listening to and implementing instructions from on-site managers to achieve a 'Fantastic Plus' on the scorecard, and maintaining an impeccable attendance record by turning up for every route provided.
