To work with Everest Logistics, what are the absolute main things a driver needs to have?
To join the Everest Logistics team, drivers must have less than 6 penalty points on their licence and at least 1 year of driving experience.
A full UK driving licence is required. You will also need to pass a full DBS background check (paid for by us), demonstrating no criminal convictions or driving bans for the last 7 years.
Work location is on the road, serving the North East.

Beyond the basics, we seek energetic and hard-working individuals capable of lifting packages up to 23kg and easily getting in and out of a van.
A positive 'can do' attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong prioritisation of safety and customer service are essential.
We need reliable, efficient, and flexible team members with excellent communication skills.
A full valid driver's licence held for 12 months with less than 6 penalty points is also a must.
